Oceanic Research and Recovery (ORRV) and Deep Blue Marine (DPBE) have jointly released a legal opinion on behalf of ORRV shareholders who received their shares on the basis of a dividend transaction for shareholders of Deep Blue Marine (DPBE).
This legal opinion is for the purpose of allowing those shareholders to apply to have the Rule 144 restriction removed from the shares received as part of the aforementioned DPBE dividend distribution and the letter is in the possession of the Transfer Agent.
